1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services in any way, you are agreeing to comply with the TOU. In addition, when using particular Leptons Multiconcept services, you agree to abide by any applicable posted guidelines for all Leptons Multiconcept services, which may change from time to time. Should you object to any term or condition of the TOU, any guidelines, or any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with the Service in any way.

2. Scope of Services

The Company has evolved into a construction and consulting entity with expertise spanning civil works, architectural planning, building construction and facility management. The precise services, deliverables, exclusions, project site, programme, fees and responsibilities will be stated in the applicable Project Documents.

The Company will perform the agreed Services with reasonable skill and care consistent with the nature of the engagement. No service, design, supervision, approval, certification or deliverable is included unless expressly stated in writing.

The Company may engage competent consultants, subcontractors or specialist suppliers where reasonably required, while remaining responsible for its obligations under the applicable contract.

Any indicative drawings, concepts, estimates or preliminary timelines are subject to verification, detailed design, site conditions, statutory approvals and the final agreed scope.

3. Modification to this Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. You must review this agreement on a regular basis to keep yourself apprised of any changes.

4. Eligibility for Use

Leptons Multiconcept Limited reserves some parts of the Service exclusively for professional purchasers, sellers, collectors and resellers of items and accessories who are acceptable to Leptons in its sole discretion. Although Leptons Multiconcept Limited attempts to limit the use of these parts of the Service to such purchasers, sellers, collectors and resellers of items and accessories, nothing herein shall create any right of action against Leptons for failing to adequately screen potential users or prevent the use of the Service by users who are not professional purchasers, sellers, collectors and resellers of items or accessories.

5. Content

You understand that all advertisements, postings, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, or other materials ("Content") posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Service are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. More specifically, you are entirely responsible for each individual item of Content that you post, email or otherwise make available via the Service.

Likewise, if you request the assistance of Leptons Multiconcept Limited to post content, or if you imply consent that Leptons may post content on your behalf, either by written or oral means, or you fail to inform Leptons Multiconcept Limited that content should be removed, you are equally responsible for the content.

You waive any and all claims against Leptons Multiconcept Limited of a right of publicity for your image or likeness throughout the world by posting any information or pictures of yourself on Leptons Multiconcept Limited. You understand that Leptons Multiconcept Limited does not control, and is not responsible for personal Content made available through the Service, and that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, neither party shall be liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of opportunity, except to the extent such loss arises from fraud, wilful misconduct or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Any monetary cap, exclusions and indemnities shall be expressly stated in the project-specific agreement and shall not override non-excludable legal obligations.

The Client shall promptly notify the Company of any claim or damage potentially related to the Services and take reasonable steps to mitigate avoidable loss.

7. Termination and Suspension

Leptons Multiconcept Limited may suspend affected work after written notice for non-payment, unsafe conditions, and denial of access or missing approvals where the contract and law permit the suspension. Upon termination, each party shall return or securely dispose of the other party's confidential information where reasonably required, subject to lawful record-retention obligations.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably, failing which they shall be referred to binding arbitration in Abuja, Nigeria, under the Arbitration and Mediation Act, 2023.

10. Changes to Terms

We may change our Service and Policies, and we may need to make changes to these Terms so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (for example, through our Service) before we make changes to these Terms and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect. Then, if you continue to access or use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Terms.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By signing a quotation, proposal, work order, service agreement or other project document, or by instructing Leptons Multiconcept Limited to commence the relevant services, the client confirms that it has read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions, subject to any project-specific terms agreed in writing.
