Customer Service Week

From October 2nd to October 6th, we celebrated Customer Service Week—a time to honor the incredible dedication and hard work of our customer service team. This special week was packed with activities, recognition, and moments of gratitude for the individuals who go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service every day.

Highlights of the week included daily team shoutouts, interactive workshops focused on enhancing communication skills, and fun contests like “Customer Service Trivia.” The week wrapped up with a special appreciation luncheon where team members shared stories and celebrated their collective achievements.
